What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

Plain English, because the whole point of this site is that nothing is hidden.

What I collect

If you fill in the form, I keep two things: your email address and the option you picked (build one, have one, or one for your business). That's it. No names, no phone numbers, no tracking.

Why

To send you the link to the full Blueprint, and then the build log: occasional updates on what shipped, what broke and what it cost. If you picked "for my business", I may reply personally from my consulting studio, JW Flows. Nothing is sold to you by surprise and your address is never passed to anyone else.

Where it's kept

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service that stores the list and sends the updates. The form on this site posts straight to Kit.
• Netlify, which hosts the pages. It doesn't receive the form.

Both are established providers with their own security and privacy commitments. No other third party receives your data.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying "stop" does the same job.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@joshdwhitehouse.com and it'll be done. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from advertising networks. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so even that request doesn't leave.

Who I am

Josh Whitehouse, an individual based in the United Kingdom, operating this site personally. Consulting work is carried out as a sole trader trading as JW Flows.

Lawful basis for the emails: your consent, given when you submit the form. Withdraw it any time by unsubscribing.
